Tender description
Lot 1: Provision of community health services delivered to individuals across Newham and, following the contract modification, Tower Hamlets. The services are provided by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) and comprise a range of community-based healthcare services delivered directly to patients. The modification incorporates the Tower Hamlets Community Health Services into the existing Newham Community Health Services contract for a period of 18 months, supporting continuity and integration of service provision. The modification relates to the period of 1st October 2026-31st March 2028.
