Tender description

Ingeus is seeking a specialist assessment platform provider to support clinical and non-clinical volume and specialist recruitment for the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). The requirement includes hosting bespoke assessment tools that have already been created as one element of a wider recruitment process. It may also include supplier-recommended assessment types, such as video situational judgement tests or work sample assessments. The successful supplier will be responsible for hosting the assessments; scoring and evaluating responses; managing candidate access; and providing assessment reports and outcomes to authorised Ingeus recruitment stakeholders for internal use and to support constructive feedback for applicant review. The supplier must hold the appropriate intellectual property rights, licences and assessment methodologies required to deliver and evaluate the assessments. Ingeus will not independently administer, score or evaluate proprietary assessments. Due to time constraints, the solution should already be compatible with Ingeus's existing SmartRecruiters platform and provide an integrated, seamless internal and external user experience. Suppliers should provide information covering: · Experience delivering recruitment assessment solutions for high-volume recruitment campaigns, including relevant client examples. · How the proposed solution assesses behavioral characteristics such as resilience, conscientiousness and emotional regulation. · Existing capability to integrate with SmartRecruiters and any implementation considerations. · Accessibility features and reasonable adjustment provisions available to users. · Compliance with UK GDPR and relevant security accreditations, for example ISO 27001 and/or Cyber Essentials Plus. · Confirmation that the supplier is a UK-registered organisation and that candidate data is hosted and processed within the UK. · Pricing for development, build, implementation, licenses and users. · Development and/or build and implementation timescales. · Technical environment dependencies. · User restriction parameters or policies. Shortlisted suppliers may be required to provide further information relating to architecture, information security, compliance, integration and support as part of the evaluation. Additional information: Responses and any enquiries should be submitted by email by/before the closing date stated above, with "Candidate Assessment Services" in the subject field
