The service is a fully managed, output-based Breast One Stop clinical insourcing provision delivered at Princess Anne Hospital by Eleventh Hour Group Limited for University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. Deployed across two concurrent clinic rooms by a dedicated multidisciplinary team, it provides clinical examinations, diagnostic imaging, and core biopsies to clear a backlog of 250 symptomatic breast patients across 10 all-day sessions. This Notice is confirmation of an award having been made based on a framework agreement without further competition. The total estimated lifetime value of the contract is £59,667.00. The contract commences on 07/11/2026 and expires on 06/05/2027. This is a new service requirement.
