Tender description
The undertaking of Void Property Works to ExtraCare's Villages and Housing Schemes including Inspections, Clearance, Health and Safety Checks, Servicing, Minor Repairs including redecoration, Major Component Renewals (Kitchens, Shower Rooms, partial and full Domestic Rewires) and Renewal of White Goods, the contract may include a planned programme renewal of Kitchens and Bathrooms to ExtraCare's Social Rent Properties, this work would be undertaken in Occupied Properties.
