Tender description
Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group are seeking to procure a provider to undertake the posting of local bus service information (at-stop timetables). An open procurement process was undertaken. Following the receipt of no compliant bids, the Contracting Authority proceeded to make a direct award in accordance with Section 43 of the Procurement Act 2023. The Contract Details Notice was not published at the appropriate time due to an administrative oversight. This notice is therefore being published to ensure transparency of the contract award.
