Renewal of Technical Indexes subscription with Allium UK Holding Ltd (Accuris)

Tender description

Technical Indexes is a comprehensive source of technical standards, legislation and technical guidance covering all aspects of the building, engineering, design and construction process. The service has been used by Sefton Council since before 2014/15 and continues to support multiple service areas across the Council. It is recommended that the contract with the original supplier, Allium UK Holding Ltd (Accuris), is extended for a further year. The service remains in use across all participating departments, and while alternative providers have been identified, there has not yet been sufficient time to fully review usage requirements, assess the standards required by each service area, and evaluate a viable alternative. Extending the current contract will ensure continuity of service while a full review is undertaken ahead of the 2027/28 renewal.
