Pipeline Notice: Natural Resources Wales - Tree Planting Framework Agreement. Natural Resources Wales (NRW) intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Tree Planting services to restock the WGWE to meet our biodiversity and woodland resilience targets. This pipeline notice is issued to inform the market of the forthcoming opportunity and to support supplier engagement ahead of formal procurement. The pipeline notice is published for early transparency purposes only.
