Tender description
We are seeking to award a framework agreement, on behalf of a number of Welsh Government Sponsored Bodies, for the delivery of a Leadership and Management Programme to provide a breadth of skills and knowledge required for our aspiring leaders through to our established leaders in strategic positions. We envisage running programmes to accommodate between 20 and 30 people per year, potentially broken into smaller cohorts, with bilingual options. Each Sponsored Body will contract directly with the Supplier to purchase the services.

Qualifications Wales is the independent regulator of non-degree qualifications in Wales, and buys as a central body. Lower-value contracts are bought on a minimum of three quotations. Framework agreements led by the Welsh Government Commercial Delivery team and the Government Commercial Agency are also used.
