Tender description

Lot 1: The contract provides specialist consultancy services to support the OpTech Strategic Review. Services include strategic assessment, stakeholder engagement, development of recommendations, roadmap planning, assurance activities, and production of supporting outputs to inform future Operational Technology investment and operating model decisions. This variation is a time-only extension and does not alter the scope of services or contract value. The extension is required to enable completion of the outstanding review activities and finalisation of all agreed deliverables.
