Demolition of 2 storey hay barn at Nedge Farm, Telford. The contract comprises of the following Works: - Demolition of the 2 storey hay barn (approximate size 186m3) to existing concrete slab working with ecologist for removal of potential bat roosing features; - Removal and disposal of all demolition waste at a licensed disposal site in accordance with current regulations; - Welfare facilities for staff; - Compliance with CDM and H&S obligations; - Relocation of existing out building away from demolition to new location on site; and - Supply and instal of 42 lin.m of close board fencing to boundary on completion of demolition.
