The arrangement has been put in place as a compliant direct award call-off under the ESPO Ambient, Chilled, Frozen Foods and Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Salad Framework (ref. 83_25) The contract duration is a fixed period of 48 months. The estimated stated value covers the entire contract period and excludes VAT.
