Tender description

In summary, the Contracting Authority will set up multi-supplier Framework Agreements for the supply and delivery of Portable Dynamometer systems and associated Calibration and Maintenance Services to An Garda Síochána. The scope of the required services will includes the supply, delivery, commissioning, calibration, training, support, maintenance and recalibration of portable dynamometer systems for the examination of electric scooters, electrically assisted pedal cycles, e-mopeds, e-bikes and other micromobility vehicles. The technical specifications for the services are set out in Appendix 1. The framework agreements will be divided into two (2) lots (each a “Lot”) as described below in Table 1. Each Lot will result in a separate framework agreement (each a “Framework Agreement”)
