Managing Agent to Deliver: Energy Efficiency Scotland: Area Based Schemes The contract will facilitate the following; -Maximise allocated grant from the Scottish Government -Quality control of installations -Procure contractors - with ERC procurement team and Housing Services / PATS -Create awareness and support owners with other available funding streams -Advise / create awareness and publicity of funding streams to owners; landlords and other eligible bodies Coordinate contracts / legal / procurement arrangement between other RSLs, ERC residents, homeowners and Council Services
