Newcastle City Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to a proposed framework, our in-house building contractor, Repairs & Construction Services (RCS) require support from external construction contractors with skilled tradespersons to assist in delivering a first-class bathroom supply and fit service for Capital.
