Tender description
Lot 1: A six-month extension to the existing contract for the provision of Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M) advisory and facilitative services supporting enterprise-level prioritisation, quarterly planning and capacity management across National Highways Digital Services. The extension will enable completion of the Operating Model work and the continued embedding of the Quarterly Portfolio Prioritisation (QPP) process and associated ways of working.
