Lot 1: The existing contract runs until March 2027 and therefore this request does not seek an extension to the contract term. Instead, it seeks an uplift in contract value to fund the additional consultancy effort required to support the revised implementation approach, including business readiness activities, deployment support, go-live planning and hypercare.
