Professional estate management services are bought through a framework shared with National Records of Scotland, Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and Historic Environment Scotland. Past tenders have covered hard facilities management, ticketing and CRM software, and a new website.
Over the past 5 years, most of National Museums Scotland's contract awards have been in construction work, recreation, culture and sport and architectural and engineering services.
