Tender description
The University of Edinburgh Estates Department appointed Yesss (A) Electrical Ltd to supply Air Filters & Associated Products across its Estate (supply and delivery only). The Contract includes Panel, Bag, HEPA, and carbon filters, essential for maintaining the University’s ventilation infrastructure. The Contract includes Panel, Bag, HEPA, and carbon filters, essential for maintaining the University’s ventilation infrastructure. The contract period is from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2030. The contract is awarded for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option, at the University's sole discretion, to extend for up to two (2) additional periods of 12 months each, giving a maximum contract term of four (4) years (2 + 1 + 1). This contract is being awarded via Direct Award (Desktop Exercise Method 2 RFQ) utilising the NWUPC EFM3190NW Facilities Supplies Framework Agreement, Lot 1 – Air Filters and Associated products (UK).
