Tender description

Following a competitive tender exercise, The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the Council) is intending to award Health Visiting Service (0–5 years) Lot 1: Following completion of the Competitive Process undertaken in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, the Council (the “Council”) intends to award a contract for Health Visiting Services . The Council assessed all submissions in accordance with the procurement documentation and published evaluation methodology. The evaluation criteria were designed to reflect the Provider Selection Regime key criteria, including: • Quality and Innovation; • Value; • Integration, Collaboration and Service Sustainability; • Improving Access, Reducing Inequalities and Facilitating Choice; and • Social Value.
