Quick Quote - Aviation Safety Consultancy Services on the Safety Regulation of Helicopter Operations

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Aviation Safety Consultancy Services to the Department for Enterprise for a 5 year term.<br /><br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced aviation safety consultants for the provision of ad-hoc safety regulatory review, advice and audit services pertaining to the safety regulation of helicopter operations in accordance with ICAO Annex 6 Part III (Sections 1 and 3). <br /><br />The IOM CAA is the division of the Government's Department for Enterprise that is responsible for regulating aviation safety and security in the Isle of Man. The Isle of Man Aircraft Registry is a part of the Isle of Man Civil Aviation Administration (IOM CAA). <br /><br />This proposed contract would include the provision of support to the IOM CAA in relation to helicopter general aviation and aerial work operations: <br />• developing the Island’s future civil aviation safety legislation and policy requirements; <br />• the review of applications for operational approvals, aerial work and congested area landing <br />site permissions; and <br />• development of internal regulatory policies procedures and processes. <br /><br />Applicants must hold or have held, a helicopter pilot license with associated type, night and IFR ratings, and have suitable operational experience. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 30th October 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 2nd November 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
