Thenue Housing Association Limited intends to enter into a Design & Build Contract with SIM Building Group Ltd for the delivery of an affordable housing development at Ruchazie Place, Glasgow. The proposed award relates to a land led development opportunity where acquisition of the development site is conditional upon appointment of the landowner as Design & Build Contractor. Lot 1: Thenue Housing Association Limited intends to award a Design & Build Contract to SIM Building Group Ltd for the delivery of approximately 12 affordable housing units at Ruchazie Place, Glasgow. SIM Building Group Ltd owns the development site and has offered to transfer the site to Thenue Housing Association Limited for the purpose of delivering affordable housing. The transfer of the site is conditional upon SIM Building Group Ltd being appointed as Design & Build Contractor for the development. This notice is published voluntarily in the interests of transparency and good governance and to provide advance notification of the Association's intention to award the contract without prior competition.
