GWR Early Market Engagement for Rolling Stock Maintenance and Associated Rail Services

Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to undertake Early Market Engagement activities in relation to a number of forthcoming rail engineering and rolling stock maintenance opportunities. These activities will enable the Authority to engage with the market, understand supplier capabilities, gather feedback on proposed delivery models, and inform future procurement strategies. The engagement may cover rolling stock maintenance, engineering support services, component overhaul and repair, depot services, asset management, fleet modifications, and associated rail engineering requirements. Participation in the engagement does not constitute a formal procurement process and will not confer any advantage in any future competition.
