Determination of levels of PFAS in (and migrating from) Food Contact Materials (FCMs); This work aims to develop and apply validated analytical methods to determine the levels of PFAS in food contact materials available to UK consumers and assess the extent to which these substances migrate into food, thereby improving understanding of their contribution to dietary exposure and supporting risk assessment and policy decisions.
