CON 1212 QUALIFICATION SYSTEM FOR SUBCONTRACTED COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE INCLUDING 40' SEMI TRAILERS FOR ESB NETWORKS FLEET

Tender description

ESB proposes to establish a Qualification System under a negotiated procedure for Subcontracted Maintenance of Commercial Vehicles and 40’ Semi-Trailers for ESB Networks Fleet in the Republic of Ireland. It is envisaged that the scope of the services to be procured under this Qualification System will be as outlined in the Section A Information Memorandum attached to this publication. ESB Fleet and Equipment manage over 2,000 light and heavy commercial vehicles including approx. 30 40' Tri-Axle Semi Trailers based at Ballycoolin Central Stores Dublin. The proposed tender enquiry will be divided into geographical Lots and tenderers will be able to indicate which services they wish to tender for in each Lot at RFT stage. Tenderers may tender for one or more Lots. It is estimated that up to 40 per cent of Vehicle and Equipment Repair and Maintenance work may be outsourced. Economic Operators who wish to participate in this qualification system process should submit a response as set out in the Information Memorandum on eTenders - D20/CON/1212 - Qualification System for Subcontracted Maintenance of Commercial Vehicles and 40’ Semi-Trailers. While applications may be made to join The Qualification System at any time, those interested in being considered for the first envisaged framework (the “First Procurement”), which is for Sub Contracted Maintenance of Commercial Vehicles and 40’ Semi-Trailers multi-contractor national framework agreement must submit completed QSQ Responses on or before 12:00hrs (local time) on 06th November 2026 the “First Procurement Closing Date”). At the date of issuing of this QSQ it is envisaged that a national framework agreement will be awarded for a period of up to eight (8) years.
