Best Start in Life Programme Services

Tender description

Bradford Children and Families Trust (BCFT) is seeking to commission suppliers to deliver services that support the Best Start in Life Programme's strategic objectives. The commissioned services will aim to improve child development outcomes, enhance family wellbeing and positive relationships, increase school readiness, reduce inequalities, and facilitate access to integrated early years, health, education, and family support services. The procurement will be divided into the following two Lots: Lot 1: Lot 1 - Evidence-Based Programmes and Support for Parents Lot 2: Lot 2 - Parent-Infant Relationships and Perinatal Mental Health Service The services are expected to be delivered from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2029, with two options to extend the contract for up to a further 24 months each, at the Trust's discretion.
