Tender description

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a provider for the provision of: (1) Children’s Rights and Advocacy Service for eligible children and young people accessing Herefordshire children’s social care services. This includes children in need, children subject to child protection plans, children looked after, care leavers up to the age of 25 and 16/17-year-olds who are presenting as homeless. (2) the delivery of the Independent Visitors Service for Care Experienced and Care Leavers of Herefordshire.
