Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide DOI Shared Fleet Services require on Island Fuel Card System to Shared Fleet Services to be carried out between Oct 2026 and Oct 2028.<br /> The DOI Shared Fleet Services require an on Island Fuel Card System to be used by Government employees using SFS Vehicle and assets. The Card system will be issued in Oct 2026.The contract supplier will need to be able to provide the following spec:<br />• Multi-Site fuel coverage on the Isle of Man.<br />• Web/App based computer fuel card system.<br />• Credit card operation using Vehicle asset registration, mileage and driver name.<br />• Reports including usage, volume, dates, costs/value –weekly & monthly.<br />• Reports to web or Excel based.<br />• Reports to categorised to IOM Govt. departments. <br />• The ability to apply budgetary constraints to cards.<br />• The ability to apply usage type constraints to cards – Diesel – Derv- Petrol –etc….<br />• The ability to create the fuel cards quickly for issue or replacement within 1-3 days.<br />• All forecourts and till transactions to be monitored with CCTV should usage be queried. <br />• Purchase discounts for fleet usage.<br />• The Contract is for 2 years – 24months.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- Fuel Card QQ FC02<br />- Fuel Card Web Advert QQFC02<br />- IOM standard Terms & Conditions<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 24th Sept 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 2nd Oct 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
