West Suffolk Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Commercial to Residential conversion of Palace House Cottage & Refurb of offices at Palace House Coach House, Newmarket CB8 8EP. <br /> <br />This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted <br /> <br />The deadline for clarification questions is 1700 hours on 26 April 2019, clarifications must be generated via the correspondence option on the system. <br /> <br />Part I (Cottage): <br />Conversion of existing two storey commercial space to 3 bed dwelling. To include complete strip out, reconfiguration of partitioning, thermal and acoustic upgrade and installation of; new staircase, ground floor WC, new laundry and bathroom, kitchen fittings, electrical and mechanical re-fit and decoration throughout. <br /> <br />Part II (Coach House): <br />Refurbishment of existing offices within designated use. To include complete strip out and installation of; new staircase, accessible WC, first floor WCs, kitchenette fittings, electrical and mechanical re-fit and decoration throughout. <br />
