Tender description
Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced surfacing contractors who will be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor works throughout the Council’s estate. This contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option of 2no 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance. These properties will be located primarily within the Mid Ulster District Council area.
