Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide consultancy services to the Isle of Man Government, Department of Infrastructure. <br /><br />Harbours Division is commissioning a Consultant to undertake an independent, comprehensive audit of harbour assets to assess their current condition, maintenance adequacy, and operational performance, and to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations that support effective asset management, risk mitigation, and long-term service sustainability. <br /><br />The service provider will undertake a thorough audit of:<br />- The current physical condition of key harbour assets. <br />- The performance and suitability of hydraulic and electrical systems. <br />- The maintenance processes, frequencies, systems and documentation used by Harbours Division. <br />- The adequacy of compliance with relevant marine, electrical, lifting, and hydraulic-system health and safety standards. <br />- The findings and recommendations of previous reports, and any gaps or unmet recommendations. <br />- The condition and resilience of critical equipment and spares required to ensure resilience. This is to include reporting of deficiencies and corrective actions.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- Doc 1 Evaluation Criteria<br />- Doc 2 Certificate of Non-Collusion<br />- Doc 3 Financial Regulations Declaration<br />- Doc 4 Schedule of Confidential Information <br />- Enc 1 PSC4 Scope <br />- Enc 2 PSC4 Contract Data Part 1<br />- Enc 2 PSC4 Contract Data Part 2<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on 17th September 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on 1st October 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason.
