Quick Quote - Flood walls scour repairs at the NSC (Asset G1.M2)

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Flood walls scour repairs at the NSC (Asset G1.M2) to the Department of Infrastructure to be carried out during the 2026 watercourse working window (as specified by DEFA Inland Fisheries.<br /><br />The Department of Infrastructure is the Island’s flood risk management authority and must generally supervise all matters relating to flood risk management as defined by the Flood Risk Management Act 2013.<br /><br />The Department of Infrastructure has extensive powers to undertake works in order to manage flood risk. Powers include constructing, maintaining and improving flood risk management assets for example embankments and flood walls and works on designated watercourses to manage conveyance and water levels to make sure flood water can flow freely.<br /><br />The Client is seeking a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake scour repairs to the flood wall at the NSC (Asset G1.M2) on the River Glass, in accordance with the accompanying drawings. The works are required to repair a failed section of wall toe, which has created a void and allowed ongoing scour to occur.<br /><br />The service requirement is detailed within the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contact.<br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- C016 NEC4 ECSC<br />- SN1625_101_General_Arrangement_REV-B_-A1<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Monday 7th September 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Wednesday 9th September 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
