SWAST-5141-FM Liskeard Ambulance Station Building Improvement and Minor Works

Tender description

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWAST) is issuing this Invitation to Tender (ITT) to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to undertake refurbishment and improvement works at Liskeard Ambulance Station, Cornwall. The scope of the works includes internal and external refurbishment, drainage repairs and reinstatement, garage door replacement, fire compartmentalise works, electrical rewiring, replacement of distribution boards and fire alarm systems, resurfacing of roads and parking areas, construction of a new medicine Room and Hot Desk Office, installation of medical store racking, and associated mechanical, electrical and building works required to deliver a fully operational and compliant facility. This procurement is being conducted as an above-threshold Open Procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023. The Contract is anticipated to commence following contract award and shall continue until completion of all works, testing, commissioning, certification, snagging and handover activities. The estimated contract value is £320,000 excluding VAT. The Authority's objective is for the works to be substantially completed before the end of the 2026/27 financial year.
