Quick Quote - Provisions for Nebosh National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety

Please find attached documentation for a quick quote competition to provide Provisions for Nebosh National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety to DOI Fleet Services to be carried out between Oct 2026 and Feb 2027.<br />The Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest from the Department of Infrastructure to provide Health and Safety National General Certificate Provisions for the Department of Fleet Services.<br /><br />The training course should cover the following areas:<br />Level 3.<br />GNC1: Management of Health and Safety:<br />Why we should manage workplace health and safety<br />How health and safety management systems work and what they look like<br />Managing risk - understanding people and processes<br />Health and safety monitoring and measuring<br /><br />GNC2: Risk Assessment:<br />Physical and psychological health<br />Musculoskeletal health<br />Chemical and biological agents<br />General workplace issues<br />Work equipment<br />Fire<br />Electricity<br /><br />Total of two National General Certificate - NEBOSH courses to be held.<br />The training course will be scheduled for Oct 2026, and Feb 2027. <br /><br />The attached documentation consists of:<br />- The Quick Quote Request Document<br />- The Quick quote Advert<br />- The IOM Standard T&C's<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 28th August 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Friday 4th September 2026 and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
