MULTI LOT FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF FITNESS EQUIPMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

Tender description

The Company invites tender bids for the multi lot framework (11 Lots) for the provision of fitness equipment and infrastructure services. The contract duration is for 3 years, with the option to extend the contract for a period of up to 12 months. Lot 2: Free weights, Plate loaded and Lifting Platforms The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Fitness Equipment based on outright purchase for Lot 2. The Company will award Lot 2 Free weights, Plate loaded and Lifting Platforms to a maximum of three suppliers Lot 3: Group Cycling Equipment The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Fitness Equipment based on outright purchase. The Company will award Lot 3 Group Cycling Equipment to a maximum of two suppliers. Lot 4: Fitness Accessories & Products The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Fitness Equipment based on outright purchase for Lot 4. The Company will award Lot 4 Fitness Accessories & Products to a maximum of three suppliers. Lot 5: Digital Software Technology The Company invites Tender bids for the provision of Digital Technology based on outright purchase for Lot 5. The Company will award Lot 5 Digital Software Technology to a maximum of three suppliers Lot 9: Pilates Reformers The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Pilates Reformers based on outright purchase for Lot 9. The Company will award Lot 9 Pilates Reformers to a maximum of three suppliers. Lot 11: Wall Protection and Mirrors The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Fitness Equipment based on outright purchase for Lot 11. Lot 11 has been split in to two sub lots. The company will award sub lots 11.1 Wall Protection and 11.2 Mirrors to a maximum of three suppliers per sub lot. Lot 1: Cardiovascular, Fixed Strength, Cable Based, Air Resistance The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Fitness Equipment based on outright purchase. The Company will award Lot 1 Cardio, Fixed Strength, Cable Based, and Air Resistance to a maximum of two suppliers. Lot 6: AV, Audio, Lighting and Digital Signage The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of AV, Audio and Studio Streaming Equipment based on outright purchase for Lot 6. The Company will award Lot 6 AV, Audio and Lighting to a maximum of two suppliers. Lot 7: Maintenance and Service Existing Gym Equipment The Company invites Tender bids for the Maintenance and Service of Existing Fitness Equipment for Lot 7. The Company will award Lot 7 Maintenance and Service of Existing Gym Equipment to a maximum of three suppliers. Lot 8: Fitness Flooring ( Rubber Flooring, Fitness Turf Flooring, Vinyl, Natural Wood Flooring, Sports Hall and Squash Flooring) The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Fitness Flooring based on outright purchase for Lot 8. Lot 8 has been split into five sub lots Rubber Flooring, Fitness Turf Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, Natural Wood Flooring and Sports Hall Flooring. The Company will award sub lots 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5 to a maximum of 2 suppliers per sub lot. Lot 10: Accessible Equipment The Company invites Tender bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Service of Fitness Equipment based on outright purchase for Lot 10. Lot 10 has been split in to two sub lots. The company will award sub lots 10.1 Accessible Equipment and 10.2 Accessible Equipment to a maximum of three suppliers per sub lot.
