Purpose of this Expression of Interest - Estyn is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers who may be interested in a forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and associated maintenance services at its Anchor Court office. - The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to: • identify suppliers who may be interested in tendering for the contract; • provide prospective suppliers with an early indication of the anticipated scope of the requirement; and • provide interested suppliers with an opportunity to visit the premises and familiarise themselves with the site and anticipated requirements before the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued - This EOI is a preliminary market engagement exercise and does not constitute an Invitation to Tender or a commitment by Estyn to enter into a contract with any supplier.
