Communal Heating Boiler Replacement Works - Arkwright House, Huntingdon Gardens and Chelmsford Court

Tender description

Project to procure and appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver communal heating boiler replacement and associated heating works at Arkwright House, Huntingdon Gardens and Chelmsford Court. The works include the replacement of existing gas-fired boiler plant, associated flues, controls, pipework modifications, hot water storage cylinders, heat interface units and associated mechanical, electrical and builders works, as more fully described in the Invitation to Tender, specifications, drawings, Pre-Construction Information and pricing documents. The tender will be run as a mini-competition under the EEM Heating and Hot Water Systems Framework, with all tender documentation, clarification questions, supplier submissions and tender communications managed through Platform Housing Group's Proactis e-tendering portal. The tender also includes provision for a potential fourth scheme as a provisional item, should Platform choose to proceed subject to requirement, budget and internal approval.
