Tender description
This contract covers the design and construction of business units and associated infrastructure at Plot C3, Parc Bryn Cegin.The contract was awarded following a mini competition under the North Wales Construction Framework and was therefore only open to suppliers appointed to that framework.As a result, the opportunity was not advertised as an open competition and suppliers outside the framework were not eligible to participate.
