Nursing, Medical Care and Primary Care Services to support for palliative and end of life care patients, to be delivered to NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board - Tameside Locality. This contract is for 3-years from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2028. The total value for this contract will be £2,336.498. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice for Direct Award Process A. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
