Tender description
Telemedicine service for care homes in Liverpool 365 days a year, providing 24/7 access to virtual clinical assessment, virtual clinical supervision and safe supportive care via a Clinical Hub. Lot 1: THIS IS A PSR PERMITTED MODIFICATION NOTICE This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified. On the 17th February 2026 NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Procurement Decision Review Group (PDRG) approved a permitted modification to enact an available 1 year extension period. The original contract started on 1st April 2023, expires on 31st March 2026 and has a one-year extension option. The modified expiry date is now 31st March 2027. The annual contract value for the 1-year extension period is £696,620 + inflationary uplift as determined by the ICB. No conflicts of interest were declared in making this decision.
