Tender description

University of Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider(s) who can offer a variety of staff benefit schemes, including an employee assistance programme to all staff, with the potential to add further schemes in the future. <br />In this present instance, the Customer is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 1: Managed Service of ESPO Framework 319-23 as follows:<br />Core schemes: The University is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider(s) who can offer the following core schemes under Lot 1: Managed Service: <br />1. Employee Assistance Programme <br />2. Benefits Platform, including but not limited to: Leisure & Retail Benefits, Cycle to Work and Tech products <br />Optional Schemes: In addition, the further competition will request pricing and further information about the following schemes, which will not be included at this stage, but may be taken forward in the future. They will not form part of the further competition evaluation, but must still be completed: <br />• Reward & Recognition <br />• Car Leasing <br />• Financial Wellbeing Support <br />• Travel to Work<br />• GP Online Service<br />
