Tender description
The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a works contract for the delivery of an external transformation project at Warwickshire Police Headquarters, Leek Wootton. The scope comprises external estate works within the operational boundaries of the site, including the design and construction of new and reconfigured car parks and parking bays, associated footpaths, internal roads, and the installation of gates and barriers, including controlled access arrangements. The works also include the upgrading of external lighting, installation of CCTV infrastructure, provision for electric vehicle charging facilities, and new soft landscaping.
