The Road Safety Audit shall cover the following stages: • Stage 1 and 2 – Detailed Design, prior to tender • Stage 3 – Post Construction / Pre Opening • Stage 4 – Post Opening Monitoring (4 months post opening), in accordance with TII GE STY 01024, including review of collision data where available
