Tender description
NHS Hampshire & Isle of Wight ICB is procuring a digital solution suite combining Clinical Decision Support (CDS), workflow optimisation, referral management, and reporting, across primary care. The solution must support: • Safe, evidence-based, standardised clinical practice. • Delivery of contractual and locally commissioned services. • Efficiency gains and workforce optimisation in both clinical and administrative functions. • Enhanced data reporting and extraction. The service will: • Provide point-of-care CDS aligned to NICE and local guidance. • Offer clinical templates, pathways, and referral tools (encompassing clinical system interoperability / pre population) • Enable data capture, extraction, and reporting for QOF, IIF, DES, and LCS. • Improve workflow efficiency, releasing clinical and administrative capacity.
