Adra(the Client) is seeking the services of suitably qualified and experienced service providers who are capable of providing a full range of Estate Agency and Valuations services as contained within the suite of documents contained within this tender pack.The Framework will consist of 5 lots covering our Service area as follows:Lot 1 – Estate Agency – Gwynedd & ConwyLot 2 – Estate Agency – Flintshire & DenbighshireLot 3 – Estate Agency – WrexhamLot 4 – Land, property and market sales valuationsLot 5 – Independent Valuers – Property Disposals
