Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is seeking a provider to deliver a practical leadership course aimed and designed for adult social care leaders who are employed by the independent sector market that work with NCC to provide care to Nottinghamshire residents. The course will enable these leaders to build a supportive peer group to share experiences and challenges via enrolment on the course alongside having time outside of their place of work to reflect, grow and learn.
