About the buyer

NHS South Yorkshire ICB is the integrated care board for South Yorkshire, with its own regional procurement teams. Four places, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield, sit within its area. Procurement teams are based within the region's acute and mental health trusts. South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw's collaborative buying model is used nationally as an example for integrated care systems. Around 170 GP practices and five acute trusts sit within the wider partnership.

Over the past 5 years, most of NHS South Yorkshire ICB's contract awards have been in health and social work, business services and public administration and defence.
