About the buyer
Greater Manchester Police is the territorial force for Greater Manchester's ten boroughs, covering Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan, and buys as a blue light body. New tenders are advertised through the Bluelight eTendering portal. Contracts also appear on the Chest, the North West's shared procurement portal used by local authorities across the region.
