Tender description
Hywel Dda Health Board ("HDUHB") has awarded a contract for the renewal of their Beyond Trust Remote Support Platform Licences across the Health Board. This contract is essential for the cyber security team within HDUHB as the licences are utilised to allow third party vendors to remotely connect to the Health Board systems and servers to provide troubleshooting, upgrading and commissioning support. The Health Board is heavily reliant on this system as digital staff members utilise the platform to provide remote support for clinical systems and IT devices that are using an external network. The National Procurement Service (NPS) IT Products and Services (ii) framework agreement (NPS-ICT-0094-19) is compliant with UK/EU procurement legislation.
