Tender description
LCC street lighting equipment is connected to the SP Energy Networks (SPEN) infrastructure, which holds the responsibility for ensuring that power is live and that street lighting assets operate as required. It is required that SPEN carry out ad hoc repairs in accordance with Ofgem regulations.
