Tender description
Provision of specialist commercial advisory support to Merseyside Waste Disposal Authority (MWDA) in relation to its long-term PPP Waste Management Contracts. The Contract operates as an umbrella-style arrangement, with services commissioned on an ad hoc basis via call-off task orders or purchase orders. Services include commercial strategy, financial analysis, contract management support, and advisory input relating to complex waste PPP/PFI arrangements.
